About the New WISe Workforce Collaborative

Stakeholders and System Partners,

We are pleased to inform you of the upcoming transition in WISe training services, from the Behavioral Health Workforce Collaborative (the Collaborative) to the new vendor, the WISe Workforce Collaborative, facilitated by En Route LLC. As many of you know, the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR) released the WISe Workforce Collaborative Request for Proposal (RFP) in February 2018. While the Collaborative has held this contract in the past, after careful consideration, the Collaborative decided not to apply for the RFP. Instead we plan to shift 100% of our energy to the mission of providing high quality training and technical assistance to agencies and administrations to meet the growing demand for peer workforce development.

We are thrilled to have contributed to lifting up the WISe workforce over the past few years, and we will be working closely with DBHR to hand off this important work to the new WISe Workforce Collaborative. All WISe training and technical assistance will be transferred to the WISe Workforce Collaborative effective August 1, 2018.  Please visit their website for the upcoming WISe and Youth and Family Certified Peer Counselor trainings in your area, and to access the WISe online training.
